FAQ 

SHIPPING & LOCAL PICK-UP

We ship via Canada Post in Canada and the US.  The cost of shipping is calculated in the cart while checking out, and all parcels have tracking and basic level insurance. 

If you live in the greater Vancouver area and would like to pick up your order at Kathy's studio in New Westminster, an appointment can be scheduled.  Kathy's studio is not open to the public and appointments are necessary.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All parcels are shipped with a tracking #, which is emailed to the customer at the time of shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ONLY PRE-APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED for full or partial refunds. Obtain return approval by emailing ohrjewellery@gmail.com. After receiving return approval, products must be returned with a copy of the sales invoice and in their original packaging by parcel post at customer’s expense unless otherwise arranged (return shipping on defective or damagaed items will be paid by Ohr Jewellery). A refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, ONLY after the goods are received in satisfactory condition by Ohr Jewellery.

DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS:

Should your order become lost or damaged in transport, please email ohrjewellery@gmail.com.com so that we can be of immediate assistance. Ohr Jewellery will work with Canada Post to locate and deliver your lost parcel or to get reimbursement for damaged items.  If your parcel can not be found or the item(s) are damaged, Ohr Jewellery will then either replace the item(s) in  your order at no charge or refund your purchase.  In the case of damaged items, please send pictures with an email describing the condition of the parcel and items you received to our email address at ohrjewellery@gmail.com.  Ohr Jewellery may or may not request return of damaged items, but if damaged items are returned,  Ohr Jewellery will pay the cost of return shipping.

 

SECURE ORDERING 

At Ohr Jewellery, we work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input while shopping with us.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

 
YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 19, you may use Ohr Jewellery only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Ohr Jewellery reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

 
 PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Ohr Jewellery attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Ohr Jewellery does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Ohr Jewellery is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.  Please see our Return Policy above.
